It was my turn to do something for the teachers—I led them on a summer trip to Japan. During the six-day trip to Tokyo, we observed and experienced the traditional Japanese tea ceremony, enjoyed authentic Japanese cuisine and delicious barbecue, visited the Tokyo University of the Arts, and explored temples and various museums. The happiest part was undoubtedly embracing the children they had only known through a screen. It was an indescribable and unforgettable experience for both the teachers and the students!
